about me

hello, I’m Colette, the founder of Colette's Creations! I live in the Bay Area, CA, but currently run my small business from Collegedale, TN, where I’m starting my senior year as a marketing major with a minor in Italian. Over the past two years, I’ve lived in Italy twice—first in Florence for 11 months during a study abroad program and internship, and then in Milan for another internship this past summer. Traveling and experiencing veganism in different cultures has inspired many of my signature vegan desserts.

 

In the fall of 2023, Colette's Creations won first place at Southern Adventist University's pitch competition, earning a $2,500 award. We offer seasonal menu orders, custom cakes, catering, and pop-up events!
